Electronic Filing (e-file)
at Sterling & Tucker
When you bring in your tax information, let us
know if you want to e-file. Once your tax return
is complete, you will receive a printed copy for
your records. We will ask you to sign, or take home
to sign, Form 8879, the IRS e-file
Signature Authorization. When we have the signed
Form 8879, we will electronically file your return.
The IRS will send you a postcard confirming receipt
of your return.
Your refund may be deposited directly to the account
you specify or mailed to you. Taxpayers with balances
due can still e-file by having funds transferred
electronically, paying by credit card, or mailing
the payment by the tax due date.
If you would like to make an appointment with a
tax professional, please call us at 808-531-5391,
extension 314.
